Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and where we ship your Ayla Living kits, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

01Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected EU countries (Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden). If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will advise.

02Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat USD 9 per order, and free on orders over USD 60. Any applicable member shipping benefit is applied automatically for Ayla Circle members. All charges are shown in USD before you pay.

03Dispatch and delivery timescales

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs conditions.

04Tracking

Orders ship with tracked delivery. Your tracking link is emailed when the order is dispatched. Please keep your delivery address accurate — we ship to the address confirmed at checkout.

05Duties and taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude any import duties or local taxes that may apply on international orders. Where charged by the destination country, these are the recipient's responsibility.

06Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@ayleneser.shop with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, resend or refund under our Refund & Returns policy.
