We sell physical energy-saving home products and an optional Ayla Circle benefits membership. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Not an energy supplier. Ayla Living does not sell, broker or manage any energy, electricity, gas or utility contract, does not supply power, and does not trade or invest in energy. We only sell physical goods.

Our products are wire-free and plug-and-play. We do not provide electrical installation services. Any product or task that affects fixed wiring or a consumer unit must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Always follow the instructions supplied with each product.

Any "typical range" figures are illustrative guidance only. Actual savings depend on your home, habits and local tariffs. We make no promise of a specific saving, return on investment or health outcome.

Use each product only as instructed. Warmth items such as hot water bottles and blankets carry their own safe-use guidance — follow the fill and temperature limits and never combine them with other heat sources. Electrical items include compliant-use guidance; do not modify them.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken. Prices and availability may change.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show the descriptor AYLA LIVING.

Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns policy, which sits alongside your statutory rights.

Ayla Circle is a recurring subscription of benefits with no credits and no stored value. Benefits apply only while active. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and the current period remains active.

You agree not to misuse the site, resell fraudulently, or use our content unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use policy for detail.

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The store is not for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to purchase.

We may update these terms; the current version always applies to new orders. These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales.
