How are the kits fitted?
Every kit is plug-and-play. Most fit with no tools and no drilling — seal strips are adhesive, plugs and bulbs simply fit into existing sockets and fittings, and film applies with the supplied squeegee. Nothing affects your fixed wiring.
Do the kits work if I rent?
Yes. Kits marked rental-safe use no-damage fixings and leave nothing behind, so you can take them with you when you move. The Rental-Safe Save Set is built entirely from no-drill items.
How much will I actually save?
It depends on your home, your habits and your local tariff, so we show typical ranges rather than a fixed figure. We never promise a specific saving.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched with tracked delivery. Estimated timescales by region are on our Shipping & Delivery policy, and your tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
Can I return a kit?
Yes — unopened, non-hygiene items can be returned within the window set out in our Refund & Returns policy. Start a return by emailing our support team with your order number.
Do you sell energy or install wiring?
No. Ayla Living sells physical energy-saving products only. We are not an energy supplier, we do not sell energy, electricity or gas contracts, and we do not provide electrical installation. Any work on fixed wiring should be done by a qualified electrician.
How do I manage my membership?
Ayla Circle members can update or cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active.
